This 55-year-old patient sought facial rejuvenation after healing from a prior glossectomy and radiation treatment for tongue cancer. She expressed concerns about visible scarring and changes in skin quality resulting from her cancer therapy. Her goals included addressing asymmetries, managing skin redundancy, and improving overall skin texture while maintaining a natural appearance.
