Case Details
This 64 year old female who lost a significant amount of weight is shown here 6 months following a high SMAS facelift with fat injections to her mid face, NLF, and commissures. She has nice improvement in the shape of her face with some recurrent laxity noted in her submental area. This is commonly seen in patients who have a history of losing a significant amount of weight.
