- Arm Lift
This 49 year old female patient who underwent lap band procedure and lost over 120 lbs. After maintaining a healthy stable weight, she was a good candidate and decided to have surgery at Dr. Kenkel's Dallas location. This arm lift procedure helped with the droopy, hanging skin beneath the underarm and was tightened and recontoured to allow the patient to feel more confident. She is shown here 2 years following brachioplasty, lateral chest excision, augmentation mastopexy with Mentor round smooth moderate plus 375 cc implants and abdominoplasty. She subsequently went on to have a flank excision and thighplasty to complete her weight loss transformation.
